A 20-year-old Paris student in 1968 who helps establish a communal farm in the Lot with friends after the May uprising. Her drive for personal freedom ultimately causes the group to fracture, leaving her as the only one remaining at the farm. Her life and choices are later reflected upon by her adult child in 1989.
