Tracey's mother and resident of Lowis Manor. She orchestrated a cover-up after her son's death, kidnapping the family poodle and sending Tracey's ring to blackmail Branwell and Sarah into silence. She eventually confesses her motives at the adjusters' board meeting to protect her son's legacy.
