A highly connected and ruthless drug baron responsible for numerous crimes and murders. Initially the target of a professional hit, he tests and hires Deray as an employee and courier. He orchestrates a double-cross involving a planted drug stash and police raid. After surviving a three-way shootout, he is assassinated by Ventura at a fundraiser.
