A soldier stationed at the neighboring Outpost Gram. He communicates with S.U.M.1 via radio, provides security codes, and listens to S.U.M.1's conspiracy theories. S.U.M.1 later travels to Gram to meet him, only to find the tower destroyed and K.E.R.4 missing, indicating the Nonsuch advance was real.
