Alisa's mother who has extramarital affairs, including one with their boarder that triggers Alisa to set fire to their home. Following a solar eclipse and Alisa's subsequent trauma, she relocates her daughter and mother to Moscow, where Alisa later endures a miserable life working menial jobs.
