George Briggs' naive daughter arrested for stealing hubcaps. She seeks her share of stolen loot from gangster Cicero Coletti, attempts a junkyard robbery, and initially ignores her sister's advice to pursue modeling. After a friend is shot by a bookie, she realizes her mistakes and is arrested.
