A sadistic master of disguise who first infiltrated a Las Vegas hotel in 2006 to assassinate Buddy Israel. He returns in 2010 to participate in the contract on Walter Weed, successfully killing Supervisory Agent Dumare by impersonating him and later escaping the bunker explosion with Lester Tremor.
