A senior officer at Sea Base 4 who first detects the unusual sensor readings. During the alien assault, he kills the Sea Devil commander Sauvix after the latter is sprayed with hexachromite gas. Bulic remains in the chemical storage room to maintain the gas flow and is one of the few survivors.
Bulic is a dedicated senior officer who remains loyal to Commander Vorshak throughout the crisis.
