A prominent figure among the male prisoners and guards. Initially a rival or secondary authority figure, he eventually becomes a key ally and strategic leader who commissions Sam Hell for critical infiltration missions in Frogtown II to rescue modified soldiers and stop the Star Frogmeister's plot.
