A rival of Masterji who is subdued by Vicky but subsequently forced into an alliance with the crime boss to strengthen his political position. He later attacks Vicky's allies but is spared by Vicky, only to report Vicky's survival to Masterji. He eventually tracks the heroes to an abandoned village where he is killed by Amit during the final confrontation.
