The wife of industrialist Jacques Decrey. She engages in an affair with actor Yves Normand, falls victim to her husband's elaborate blackmail scheme, accidentally kills Yves during a confrontation while attempting suicide, and ultimately takes her own life after discovering Jacques's secret alias and leaving a letter accusing him of murder.
