An Amazon warrior and Dyala's companion. Initially ordered by her mother to kill Dyala to retrieve the sword, she refuses, forms a deep bond with her, and sacrifices herself to save Dyala from Akam. Later revived by the spirit of Azundati.
They begin as assigned companions and cooperate throughout the dangerous quest.
The Emerald Queen selects Dyala and Tashi to retrieve the magic sword together.
Azundati restores Tashi after her sacrificial death.
Tashi later explains that Azundati somehow brought her back to life before leaving.
