The primary antagonist and virtual dictator of Kotha, running a casino and drug empire. Once Raju's childhood friend and gang member, he turns to narcotics and allies with rival Ranjith Bhai. He severely injures Raju, kills Ranjith to manipulate Manju, and terrorizes the town by killing Ravi and stabbing Tara. He is eventually cornered and killed by Sonu, Ranjith's son, fulfilling Raju's plan to end his reign of terror.
