A former associate of Ruben Brandt's father who worked with subliminals in the CIA. He recognizes the stolen paintings list as matching their past experiments and identifies Brandt as the culprit. He contacts detective Kowalski to report his findings but is brutally killed by mercenary Kris Barutanski before the detective can arrive.
