A police commander who becomes a Taelon Protector and double agent for the Resistance after his wife's murder. He possesses a modified CVI granting perfect recall. Though seemingly killed and vaporized by Zo'or, he is later brought back as a trap but ultimately fights alongside Renee Palmer against the Atavus.
