Organizer and promoter of the $10,000 swing contest who initially plans to abscond with the entry fees. When the fan-dancing ostrich becomes wildly popular, he attempts to cheat by dressing his dog J.R. as a replacement contestant. After being exposed by penguins, he is chased out by the crowd and flees on a train.
Screwloose acts as the event organizer while the Contestant is a registered participant.
