Originally a chimpanzee lab assistant mutated by Chemical X into a superintelligent being. Consumed by jealousy, he manipulates the girls into building a machine to mutate primates into his evil army. He publicly frames the girls, rules the city, and transforms into a giant monster. He is ultimately defeated when pushed onto an antidote that shrinks him for arrest.
