A vaudeville artist stranded in Arizona who initially plots to capture the outlaw Black Jim by having her partner impersonate him for a bounty. After being captured by the real Black Jim, she develops deep admiration and love for him. She abandons her chance to escape to warn him of the gang's plot, ultimately fighting alongside him and escaping a burning cabin.
Their first encounter is hostile, resulting in Geraldine being wounded and captured.
