The ruthless tyrant of Southtown and primary antagonist of the first film. Orchestrates the murder of Jeff Bogard and rules through fear. Defeated by Terry Bogard's Hurricane Kick, he retreats to the mountains to recover. By the second film, he learns of Krauser's downfall and immediately begins plotting his own return.
