Philanthropist and heir to the du Pont fortune who funds the Foxcatcher wrestling team. He recruits Mark and later Dave, introduces Mark to cocaine, and displays erratic behavior, including slapping Mark and paying an opponent to lose a tournament. He ultimately murders Dave with a gun before being arrested by police.
