Ruthless alien emperor of Mongo who remotely triggers natural disasters on Earth. He captures Flash, Dale, and Zarkov, becomes obsessed with Dale, and offers Flash earthly dominion. He is ultimately defeated and seemingly vaporized by his own ring after Flash impales him with the war rocket Ajax.
