Randy's loyal friend who crashes parties with him and accompanies Randy and Julie on nights out. He tries to woo the reluctant Stacey, advises Randy to fight for Julie after a breakup, and orchestrates a plan to reunite the couple while getting revenge on Tommy, successfully executing it at the prom.
