Robin's second bodyguard who is initially arrested during the kidnapping shootout. He is later bailed out and joins Jeffers' conspiracy. He is wounded in a crossfire at the motel and subsequently tortured by the kidnappers to reveal Robin's location before succumbing to his injuries.
Jeffers and Obecks operate as allied operatives within the same security detail.
Obecks acts as Robin's secondary security detail and physical protector.
