German intelligence officer who plans Operation Eagle to capture Winston Churchill. He recruits Kurt Steiner and Liam Devlin, presents a forged Hitler authorization to Himmler, and is later arrested on Alderney for exceeding his authority, ultimately executed by firing squad.
