A plastic surgeon who develops artificial skin and conducts illegal human transgenic experiments. He holds Vicente captive, forcibly transforming him into a female replica of his late wife Gal as revenge for Vicente's role in his daughter Norma's rape. He kills Zeca, Vera's rapist, and is ultimately shot dead by Vera.
