Aspiring teenage journalist on a Martha's Vineyard vacation. After his friend Ben is left spiritless and local children vanish, he independently investigates, initially suspecting Miss Halverson. Partnering with retired detective Gene Carruthers, he uncovers a witch stealing children's life force. Noah ultimately joins a team-up to outsmart the evil, break her spell, and save the town.
