The owner of the World Tribune newspaper who investigates Xander Drax's criminal connections. He sends his niece Diana to Bengalla to investigate but mistakenly informs the corrupt police commissioner about her trip. He later meets Kit Walker in New York and recognizes Diana's connection to him.
