Mandarin-speaking local who befriends Qiu in a shanty town. Helps Qiu infiltrate a Tenjin facility by sneaking him onto a test subject truck. After being subjected to the experimental stimulant treatment, he briefly loses control before regaining clarity and taking his own life.
