A martial arts student from Hong Kong who arrives in Los Angeles and gets robbed. He takes in three thieves as students, trains them to defend against a rival kung fu gang, reunites with his master, and ultimately defeats the gang leader in a rooftop battle. His master later steals his passport to keep him in the city.
