The tutor for the Spanish ambassador's spoiled son, Pepito. He accepts a toolbox from Miss Clavel in an attempt to pacify the boy but later resorts to kidnapping Pepito alongside a trio of clowns. He is eventually pursued and arrested by the police after a motorcycle chase.
