A grizzled police sergeant investigating the murder of a Hare Krishna devotee. He suspects Frederick Junior of the crime, shares a dinner with the couple to gather information, and eventually tracks them down. After Junior assaults him and steals his gear, Moseley pursues him and ultimately shoots Junior in self-defense.
