The mentor and leader of the MindHead organization, which Kit Ramsey belongs to. He initially halts filming at the Griffith Observatory after suspecting the alien stalking is real. However, he is forced to allow production to resume when Bowfinger blackmails him with footage of Ramsey's embarrassing Laker Girl incident, threatening the cult's finances.
