Two versions appear: Present Nick, who initially orchestrates a job and later escapes, and Future Nick, who travels back in time after accidentally killing an inventor. Future Nick manipulates events to protect Mike, orchestrates a fake assassination, and helps eliminate Sosa's organization. He is fatally shot during the shootout, triggering a time paradox that erases his future self.
