A foot guard animatronic originally stationed at the roundabout. Zeebad animates him to help find the diamonds, but Sam eventually realizes his duty to guard the roundabout, sacrifices himself after revealing the final diamond is hidden inside him, and is later restored to his original form.
Zeebad temporarily controls Soldier Sam, using him as a tool for his goals.
