A foreign graduate student living in Roger's apartment building. Initially the object of Roger's affection, she is temporarily seduced by Dr. P's fabricated backstory as a widowed surgeon. After witnessing his deceptions, she realizes her mistake, returns to Roger, and eventually marries him.
