Mr. Brown's second-in-command who participates in kidnapping and torturing Lieutenant Diamond. He attempts to seize control of the gang by plotting an ambush with thugs Fante and Mingo, but is betrayed. Brown murders him by having the thugs shoot him after removing his hearing aid to spare him from the sound.
