The primary antagonist and Allison's fake boyfriend, who runs a counterfeiting operation in league with the Yakuza. He is responsible for murdering a dealer and Allison's sister. He captures and kidnaps Allison, fights Haru in the finale, and is ultimately arrested after his escape truck is destroyed by an exploding bomb.
