Cesar Marzoni, a Las Vegas casino owner. He offers Tony a management position at The Peppermill after Tony goes into hiding. Suspecting Tony's loyalty, Marzoni hires Pepper Gianini to sabotage Tony's relationship with Joey and distract him from his responsibilities.
