A Russian intelligence agent who partners with Daggenhurst to restart the Cold War using a hidden explosive. He hires Boris to eliminate Wallace and misinterprets Wallace's casual remarks as a leak of the conspiracy. He meets his demise alongside Daggenhurst when they accidentally detonate the Matryoshka doll bomb.
