Initially tasked to cover up a murder, he escalates into a wealthy corporate boss and later the mayor of Kisung. He leads a campaign of underhanded tactics, including murder and framing, against the Lawless Law Firm. Following the successful prosecution of Moon-Sook, he suffers a complete downfall and commits suicide.
