The central protagonist and a Federation soldier. Originally a high school student from Buenos Aires, he enlists primarily to pursue his romantic feelings for Carmen. After enduring extreme physical and psychological training, he overcomes setbacks and is deployed to combat the alien threat on the outer planets.
