Lt. Colonel and McLean's mentor. He initially tasks McLean with protecting Tom Pearce and warns him against softness. Later revealed to be aware of the system's corruption, as he meets with former Ten member Dan McIntyre. At the end, he acknowledges McLean's integrity by handing him his class ring.
