Tsar of Russia who stubbornly refuses to end the Russo-Japanese War or accept a constitutional monarchy. He creates and later closes the Duma, takes personal command of the army in WWI, and is ultimately forced to abdicate. His autocratic decisions and strategic misjudgments lead to the dynasty's collapse, exile, and eventual execution by the Bolsheviks.
