A US Senator and the primary target of Rashid's terrorists. He is having an affair with Terry O'Neill and was previously assaulted by Danny. After surviving an initial assassination attempt, he is cornered with Danny, forced to jump from a third-floor window, and fatally impaled on a wrought-iron fence during Rashid's final explosion.
