An ex-convict randomly selected as a target for the millionaire's hunt. Marooned on the island, he survives the initial attacks and successfully retrieves the magic sword of Hercules with Dr. Cammon's help. He ultimately uses the sword to decapitate the Hydra, killing the monster and ensuring his survival alongside Gwen.
