A wealthy district judge rigidly believing that criminals are born from criminal lineage. He wrongfully imprisons Jagga, abandons his pregnant wife Leela, and initially rejects Raj. Later, he presides over Raj's trial, ultimately realizing Raj is his biological son. Overcome with guilt, he seeks forgiveness and acknowledges the societal failures that shaped Raj's life.
