A father and illegal marijuana farmer who goes on the run with his son after a bushfire exposes his operation. He travels north to Byron Bay, forms a romantic bond with Deb, and eventually leaves Rockit with his ex-partner to sort out his life. Later reunited at an abandoned shack, he takes a job as a deckhand on a prawn trawler before departing for Fiji.
