The de facto leader of the Care Bears. He takes charge in the first film by activating the Rainbow Rescue Beam and inducting the Care Bear Cousins. In Wonderland, he leads a subgroup to Heart Palace, guides Alice through her trials, and supports her efforts to pass the Princess Test.
