A ruthless 16th-century villain notorious for murdering women. After stealing a magical Black Jade Buddha, he time travels to 1980s Hong Kong and becomes a thief. He kills his crime boss, kidnaps Polly, and is ultimately killed by Fong Sau-Ching on a rooftop before Fong activates the time device.
