A truck driver who orchestrates a protection racket by controlling local trucking operations. He infiltrates high society, pursues wealthy socialite Dorothy Stone, and accumulates wealth and influence. After ordering the assassination of a rival's hired hitman, he is ultimately assassinated by his rival Nails while crashing Dorothy's wedding to voice his criminal philosophy.
